Dear Families,
Can you believe we are in the last 9 weeks of school? Time is flying and the kids are flourishing. Your children are growing and I have enjoyed watching them learn over the last few months. I can't wait to continue to learn, explore, and work beside them for the rest of the school year, As we look forward I want you to know if you ever have any questions please feel free to email me at [email protected] (I check my email often). Your child should continue to practice multiplication facts EVERY night. It is important that they know them. Make it fun for them. I have lots of games and ideas just let me know if you need help.
We have a snack daily but your child will need to bring their own snack with them. I ask that the snack be a healthy snack (fruit, string cheese, trail mix, etc. (NO CHIPS, COOKIES, or CANDY) and one that can be eaten in a couple minutes. Your child should only bring one snack. Students may also bring a water bottle to keep at their seat. It can only have water in it. No flavor packs, soda, or tea (we don’t want ants in our room) You are welcome to send in a special snack on your child’s birthday (cookies, cupcakes, drinks, etc) but please remember that it is county policy that these items MUST be store bought.
Thank you so much!!!
Please feel free to email me anytime for any reason ([email protected]).
Yours truly,
Sara May
